By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
⟢ 01 — TOS VIOLATIONS & CHANGES

Failure to follow these Terms of Service may result in your product license being revoked immediately and permanently.
Depending on the severity of the violation, ckyumi may:

⟢ Restrict or permanently ban future purchases
⟢ Request removal of unauthorized uploads or distributions
⟢ Report serious violations to the appropriate platform or marketplace
⟢ Take further action to protect ckyumi's work and intellectual property
If your license is terminated due to a TOS violation, you must:
⟢ Immediately stop using the affected product
⟢ Delete the purchased files
⟢ Delete unauthorized copies or extracted components
⟢ Stop distributing, selling, or sharing the product
⟢ Remove unauthorized uploads where applicable
No refund will be provided following a license termination caused by a TOS violation.

Purchased avatars are licensed for private use on your own VRChat account only.

⟢ Customize, edit, recolor, or optimize the avatar
⟢ Add clothing, accessories, shaders, animations, and compatible assets

⟢ Make personal adjustments to the avatar's Unity setup
✦ YOU MAY NOT:

⟢ Upload the avatar publicly or make it publicly accessible
⟢ Publish the avatar as a public VRChat avatar
⟢ Sell, trade, gift, or otherwise give away the complete avatar package
⟢ Upload or distribute the original avatar package
⟢ Share the Unity package, project files, or source files with anyone who has not purchased their own license
⟢ Claim the avatar or its original components as your own creation
⟢ Use the purchased avatar as the base for a competing avatar or product sale without permission
⟢ Extract, rip, mine, or remove individual meshes, textures, materials, rigs, animations, or other components from the avatar for use elsewhere
⟢ Use extracted components from the avatar on another avatar, asset, project, or product
⟢ Share, sell, redistribute, or upload extracted components
⟢ Use the avatar or its components to create another product for redistribution or sale without permission
✦ 06 — FILE SHARING

Purchased files may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded, traded, or given to anyone who has not obtained their own license.
This includes:

⟢ Project files
⟢ Source files
⟢ Models
⟢ Meshes
⟢ Textures
⟢ Materials
⟢ Animations
⟢ Rigs
⟢ Other included product files
Do not share purchased files through:
⟢ Discord
⟢ Google Drive
⟢ Dropbox
⟢ MediaFire
⟢ Telegram
⟢ Direct messages
⟢ Private servers
⟢ Public servers
⟢ File-sharing websites
⟢ Avatar repositories
⟢ Torrents
⟢ Any other method of file distribution
⟢ 07 — ASSET USE

Purchased assets may be used according to their individual license.
You may use purchased assets on:

⟢ Personal projects
⟢ Private VRChat worlds
⟢ Personal renders, screenshots, videos, and artwork
✦ YOU MAY NOT:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
⟢ Redistribute the asset by itself
⟢ Upload it to asset-sharing websites
⟢ Repackage and sell it
⟢ Give it to someone who did not purchase it
⟢ Claim it as your own work
⟢ Convert it for redistribution
⟢ Use it to create a competing standalone product
✦ 08 — EDITING & MODIFICATIONS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Personal modifications are permitted unless otherwise stated.
This may include:
⟢ Texture edits
⟢ Color changes
⟢ Clothing changes
⟢ Mesh edits
⟢ Material changes
⟢ Shape adjustments
⟢ Optimization
⟢ Unity setup changes
⟢ Adding or removing compatible components
Modifications do not transfer ownership of the original work.
⟢ 09 — COMMISSIONS

If you hire someone to edit, optimize, or upload your purchased avatar, you may temporarily provide them with the required files only for completing your commission.
The commissioner must:
⟢ Be actively working on your commission
⟢ Not redistribute the files
⟢ Not use the files for personal projects
⟢ Not retain the files for personal use after the commission
⟢ Not use the files to create another product
⟢ Not share the files with anyone else
Commissioners do not automatically receive a license to the purchased assets.

Asset mining from any product purchased through ckyumi.com is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
⟢ Mining assets from purchased avatars
⟢ Extracting meshes, textures, materials, rigs, animations, or other files
⟢ Taking individual components from an avatar or asset package
⟢ Using mined assets on another avatar or project
⟢ Sharing mined assets with other people
⟢ Selling or redistributing mined assets
⟢ Uploading mined assets to asset-sharing websites
⟢ Using mined assets as the basis for another product
Purchasing an avatar does not grant permission to use its individual components outside of that avatar.
✦ 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership.
You may not:
⟢ Claim the work as your own
⟢ Register the work as your own intellectual property
⟢ Resell the original work
⟢ Redistribute source files
⟢ Create competing products from the work
⟢ Remove required creator attribution
⟢ 13 — AI & TRAINING DATA

Purchased products may not be used to:
⟢ Train AI models
⟢ Create datasets
⟢ Generate AI replicas of ckyumi's work
⟢ Upload files to AI training platforms
⟢ Generate derivative AI products for redistribution or sale
This applies to both the original files and extracted components.
✦ 14 — AGREEMENT

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product from ckyumi.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
You acknowledge that:
